Annotations provide the means for the user to document their agents and rules, not only for their own use, but also for other users who might wish to study or utilize these models. Annotations are textual references that document the origins of the knowledge captured in an agent or a rule, and they can also include links to online resources and data repositories. To reference PubMed, HPRD, or UNIPROT, simply enter the database name and ID number (ex. PubMed: 1234) in the annotation text and Cellucidate will then generate the appropriate link automatically. Other online databases can be referenced using the link option in the text editor. Learn more about the WYSIWYG Editor.
