Cellucidate Support Nov 24, 2009
As with the contacts list, the user profile in Cellucidate should be a familiar feature to a user who has used online social networking sites such as Facebook and Yahoo! As the collaborative features of Cellucidate are progressively implemented in forthcoming releases, the functionality of the user profile will be expanded to incorporate these new features. At present, the Cellucidate user profile consists of an email address and password as login fields for authentication on the site, a profile photograph, a few fields of personal information and some preferences. When viewing the user profile of another Cellucidate community member, all of that member's public cBooks are also visible on the profile page.

Both the email address and password can be changed subsequent to initial registration, although if the email address is changed it will be necessary to authenticate the new address by responding to an activation emall in much the same way that you did when you first registered your Cellucidate account.
In the profile preferences, a user can specify whether other members of the Cellucidate community are able to see the personal contact details or not as well as configuring which cBooks are displayed in the Book shortcuts section of the Homepage.
All profile information, including the login email address and password, can be updated using the form available via the "Edit Profile" button on the main profile page.
