The rule picker is where the user choose which rules they want to use in the model (from list of all rules in the cBook) and for rule activity observables and story observables (from list of rules in the model). It displays both the contact map and the appropriate list of rules.

The user can use either the contact map or the list to choose rules. When using the list, simply check the rules and save the changes. The rule names are listed alphabetically for easy browsing.

On the contact map, the user can either click on the agent to show all the rules involving the selected agent or click on the edge between two agents to see their interacting rules. Then, rules can be selected individually or toggled all. If there is trouble finding the desired agents, the user can zoom in (+) to find them or use the Search at the bottom right corner of the contact map. To remove rules, the user can uncheck rules from the list or deselect rules from the contact map.
